Tongue picering hurts too much.please help?i am worried.it is second day!please hepl?

so i was doing water and salt but it hurts too much.i got it done yesterday.it gives me so much more pain than yesterday?i am not able to eat at all.i hardly gulp.piercing is too long cuz my tongue didnt swelling at all...so piercing is too long and should i go and change it?or before i should go to doctor and get some strong medicines against infection...? there is no white area on my tongue but there is just a little white area under my tongue.i am worried.or is that normal? thanks please help
