What can i feed a 2 month maltese?

i just got a maltese and i don' t know what to feed him as he is very small,can he drink milk? i don't know what he should be eating he does not like dog food and would rather drink milk is it normal?other than that he is very active and prefers it when i give him human food.can it affect his health if he eats what i eat,he is only 2 months and am scared it may bring problems to him health wise.please advice
