My puppy is having a peeing problem...?

Hi everyone :) Ok so my puppy is 8 months old. Hes a little maltese/poodle mix. He is potty trained as far as peeing goes-it took a while but he never pee`s inside anymore! yay Bentley! :) Anywho, A couple weeks ago I came home and Bentley greeted me at the door-well he peed from being excited which I was like ok ur just over excited, then i woke up the other morning and I don`t know if I just didnt move fast enough, but he pees near my guest bedroom...totally lifts his leg on the french doors. :( and leaves a stream of pee allll the way downstairs to the back door-and a puddle on the landing of the stairs. Then earlier today he ran over to me, jumped onto the couch and sat on me and completely peed ON ME! Which I thought was really unusual...like why would he do that/that happen? Then tonight-its late but I go to take him outside well books it downstairs and pees before I get there...and then he jumps on these pillows right next to the back door and pees on the pillows...I don`t know if somethings wrong with him, if hes drinking to much water and not properly potty trained? Or like why? Like why would he pee on me? and the pillow like that? Help or advice please :) thanks guys!
