My Dog is a Maltese he ate about half of a ferrero chocolate and his onlly 5 pounds?

Call Your vet right away and see what they think you should do. I've never had ferrero chocolate so not sure if it dark chocolate or not but I've herd that dark Chocolate the worst. Call your vet.
