wieght train. do power cleans and jerks for explosive hip power. to tackle wrap up at the legs he can be a ton bigger but he cant move without his legs. i wieght 140 and play lock i can stop anyone by taking out the legs. also for tackling watch the hips. for your endrunace just run but cross train with stairs and hills maybe work in sprits best of luck. i can email a wieght training routine if youd like
